Relieve and Thrive!
The Nagano Project facilitates healthcare through acupuncture and Oriental medicine for people in need while helping them to help themselves.
When people are suffering, families suffer, communities suffer, regions suffer, and nations suffer.
When people recover, families bloom, communities succeed, regions prosper, and nations FLOURISH!
Your support ensures your fellow neighbor a chance for relief, and ultimately, a chance for the world to thrive.
What we are trying to do
- Provide access to low cost acupuncture to Americans who have no health insurance or cannot afford health care
- Help veterans recover from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, pain, and other ailments as a result of serving our country
- Reach people in remote farming areas of Latin America who have little or no access to health care
This is what we need to get it done
- Funding – the acupuncture clinics will be mostly self sufficient, but your contributions will help us grow
- Locations – a shared facility that will enable low cost treatments to be provided
- Volunteers – it’s people like you that can make a big difference
How you can help
- Donate money – make checks payable to the NYS non-profit “The Nagano Project” and send to 217 East 22nd Street, #21, New York, NY 10010
- Donate space – if you have space available that you can donate one day per week, this may be the most affordable way to help
- Give some of your time – we have many opportunities available, including clinic receptionist, media and website design, committee positions (organization and fundraising), etc.
Please email all inquiries and offers to info@naganoproject.org
